 CONKOOR.COM is proud to be the first online academic website to provide academic services to the public at little or no cost.  Before using CONKOOR.COM, all the users are required to read, understand, and accept terms and conditions set forth by CONKOOR.COM.

 Continuance usage of CONKOOR.COM web site is an automatic acceptance and agreement to the terms / policies of usage given as follow:

1.                  By visiting or using CONKOOR.COM, you, defined as User, agree that any and all activities conducted by you on this web site to be consistent with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, pertaining to any country in which you reside, locally or/and regionally.   

2.                  You, as the User, may not import to or export any materials from the web site CONKOOR.COM by any available means and technologies in any way or shape without written permission from CONKOOR.COM legal team.  Any and all materials presented at CONKOOR.COM are copyrighted and may not be copied for distribution, resale, or any other use. 

3.                  Advertiser must be owner, or an authorized person to legally act on behalf of the owner, at least 18 years of age, and agree not to post any copyrighted materials, any pornographic materials, and any unauthorized materials in any shape and form.  CONKOOR.COM reserve the rights to delete any and all advertisements which are unauthorized or / and inconsistent with these policies without any advanced notice.  There will be no refund, dispute, appeal, or claim for any deleted advertisement due to the violation of these policies.

4.                  CONKOOR.COM does not guarantee that the contents and materials, presented here, are free of any errors or shortcomings. Despite our best efforts to minimize the errors (if any), neither does CONKOOR.COM nor any of its affiliates or associates  

should be held responsible for any omission, error, or accuracy of the materials

presented here. YOU MAY USE THIS WEB SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.   

5.                  In the event of a dispute or a claim, user must report the claim within 48 hours

            from the date of the requested service or posted advertisement and provide the

            following

            information:

a.                   Invoice number and date

b.                  Description or category of service, i.e., TEXTBOOK, CAR, etc.

Upon the verification of the claim, CONKOOR.COM may issue, at its discretion, a credit equivalent to the amount paid to CONKOOR.COM or credit back this amount to the credit card used for this transaction.

6.                  Once the advertisement is posted and transaction is complete, there will be no

refund, dispute, or claim for any reason.  Advertiser has the access link to remove / modify his/her advertisement at any time. 

7.                  Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the contents of advertisements.  CONKOOR.COM is not liable for any and all the disputes, claims, costs, damages, in any form and shape, which may arise between the sellers and buyers.     

8.                  If you plan to use credit card for the services provided by CONKOOR.COM,

            then you must be the owner of the card, or an authorized user.  Your information on

            the advertisement form must match to those on the credit card.  “IF THIS IS NOT

           YOUR CREDIT CARD, THEN DO NOT USE IT”.  Violators will be reported to

            the authorities for any legal action(s).
